BAIBA PLAUDE
Born Riga 1956; admitted, 1979, Latvia.
Education: University of Latvia, Law Faculty (1979), American Bar Association Internship Program for Lawyers, Law Firm "Jenner & Block", USA, 1989. Member: Latvian Lawyer's Association; Examination Committee of the Latvian Council of the Sworn Advocates; Latvian Employers` Association. In 1999 completed the course in International Trade Law at the Riga Graduate School of Law; lecturer in the Latvian University on "Foreign Investment Law" co-author of the book "Let's establish a joint stock company".
Practice areas: Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Real Estate. Litigation - Supreme Court including. Riga International Arbitration Court- Arbitrator.
